Long Crendon Village Association was established in the late 1970s with the object of providing a multi-purpose centre with facilities for youth clubs, dancing, social, sporting, recreational and educational activities.
In the 1990s it was found prudent to separate the charitable activities of the LCVA from its business activities. So Long Crendon Community Social Club came into being and it is this body which runs the bar and gaming machines etc and the LCVA takes care of bookings and the buildings themselves.
